Can I transfer to UT Austin with this?

<p>Hey I am a former CAP student that went to UTPA, I fell short and got a 3.1 GPA.
I am currently attending UTSA and received a 3.5 GPA for the Fall 2011 and made Honor Roll.
My major is Kinesiology Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy.
I want to apply for the College of Education and Liberal Arts.
What are my chances of transferring to UT Austin for the Fall 2012? I plan on making nothing less than a 3.75 this spring semester as well. </p>

UTPA GPA: 3.1 (If you want Fall and Spring Semester GPA I can give that to you)
UTSA GPA: 3.5</p>
