Can mom be both teacher and counselor? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!

I was homeschooled.
Not sure what to do...deadline is in a few days. Most colleges require two teachers and a counselor. What to do? :O

My mom is obviously the counselor in my homeschool education, and my teacher. I can get my dad to be teacher #2 but he didn't really actively participate in my education.

Can it be an art teacher for example? That's the only choice I have left.

So...two questions..
1) can both teacher and counselor be mom?
2) what can I do about teacher #2?

Thank youu!!!!!!

Thank you for your reply
Yes, I have been homeschooled since 7th grade, and my mom taught me until I was about 14. After that, I studied independently until I graduated. I only have my mom and the art teacher that can write the rec letters

Many schools have specific requirements for apps from homeschoolers. Check the websites of the schools where you are applying to see if they have anything posted about recommendations in your situation.
