I often hear that people who didnt have that great of a standardized test score have gotten into Ivies and good schools, but from this website it feels like everyone is getting like a 35 on their ACT or a 2300 on their SAT. and its freaking me out.
What really plays a big role in admissions?

My extras are really good and my essay was good.
My GPA is 3.98/4.0 unweighted and 6.464/6.5 weighted

Can someone who got a 31 on their ACT get into great schools too?
I have a great backup but I still sometimes feel stupid for applying to some of my schools.
and i have my Duke interview today ahh

Of course! It may be a little more difficult, but the SAT/ACT isn’t the only criteria for admissions. Do not stress, your other stats are great! (And your ACT isn’t bad at all)

Dude, a 31 composite on the ACT is the 98th percentile. Provided that your gpa, extracurriculars, etc. are just as competitive, a 31 is good enough for ANY school.

the problem is gbesq, a lot of people are in the 99th percentile haha
but yeah my top choices are duke and cornell ehh I know I have a chance of getting into NYU but its really not my top choice
