<p>The University of California system (UCLA, UC Berkeley, etc.) does not look at freshman grades.</p>
<p>Almost all the public schools. There was a huge thread on this not too long ago so try searching it to get your answer.</p>

<p>The UC system sees all your grades when you apply and again on your transcripts once you are admitted, but when they calculate your GPA, they only use sophomore and junior grades. The OP asked for schools that disregard freshman grades, not for schools that never see them. Probably just about all schools see them, because they eventually obtain your transcripts.</p>
