Can someone chance me for ucsd?

my stats are:
3.73-3.86 UC GPA (ballpark)
2190 SAT
rigorous high school curriculum - 14 honors, 7 APs (lang, us, chem, bio, spanish lang, calc ab, stat) by the end of senior year

my ec's are:
-10 years of dance, also a student teacher
-8 years of vocal music
-5 years of tae kwon do, 1st degree black belt, also a student teacher
-volunteer with red cross, special olympics, march of dimes
-researched at a human genetics lab for 2 summers (work will be published)
-senior officer in a club at school

i'm applying for a science major and im out of state

UCSD: high match/low reach

Reach or low reach, mainly because of your GPA.

Probably a low reach. GPA is really the only limiting factor.

I also got a 760 on the math 2 sat and a 720 on the chem sat. Will that help?

I’d say it is a match. Being out of state might hurt, but who knows. Remember UC GPA is grades 10 through 12. UCSD is literally on the beach. I mean literally, not just some ironic use of the word.

The SAT subject test scores will help, yes. Not sure how much, though.

It’s said that though UC doesn’t require two SAT subject tests this year, they still regard SAT2 important.
