My Common App essay and the essay for GW are pretty well written and interesting.
GW is high on my list. I plan to major in Biomedical Enginerring. Please share some thoughts.

The 3.7 WEIGHTED GPA is going to hurt a little bit at GW, given this:

“GW is test-optional, allowing students to choose whether or not to submit SAT/ACT scores, because we believe that a student’s performance throughout high school is the best indication of college readiness.”

Now, I assume that you will send your scores, but since this is what GW looks at most, it puts you at a disadvantage. But the rest of your resume is on target for this type of school, and I can definitely see you get in. Best of luck to you!
