Can someone explain

I would like to ask a question about applying to a certain business school. Take for example Kelley Business School of Indiana University, or Wharton of Upenn. When you apply, would you apply directly to the Kelley Business school for example instead of Indiana University Main Campus?

I’m not sure about Indiana but on the UPenn supplement, there’s a place to mark which college (Arts and Sciences, Wharton, etc) you want to apply to.

Yeah, I was just using them as examples. I brought this question up because I was researching a school (I forget which one) and there requirements for there business school were different than their main school, which can affect a lot of potential schools I was looking at.

Some universities might have special applications if you are trying to get into a certain school within that unversity.

It really depends on the University so you should research the ones you’re interested in. As mentioned above, you apply to separate schools at UPenn but for MIT, you just apply to MIT itself.
