Can someone help me find matches and safeties?

I'm looking to go into Political Science/Gov't and maybe double major with Economics or History. I'm trying to avoid huge schools and the west coast. My current college list is:
Georgetow n
GWU
American
Johns Hopkins
Emory
WU-STL

Competitve private school
No ranking, but would guess top 100%
UW GPA: 3.79

I have taken the most difficult courseload except for an AP Science this past year. I have taken AP Euro (5), AP USH (expecting 5), AP US Gov (expecting 5), AP AB Calc (expecting 4 or 5). Next year I'll be taking AP Economics, AP French Lang, AP Bio, and AP BC.

ACT: 34 in one sitting (35 superscored)
SAT II US History: 800
Math II and French planned for next year

EC during Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Year:
Soccer and Baseball 3 years
Piano 3 years
Volunteering at my temple: a few times per year
self study AP Gov
President of Campus Republicans:revived 11th grade, member 9 and 10
Model UN 3 years
School French Honor Society

Other:
B in Physics 2nd sem Junior year
weak EC as seen above
will have a good rec from my AP US teacher
White male
also looking for merit money

Remove GWU and American, add Vandy, UNC, UVA

Might look at Holy Cross-good combination of academics and athletics. Holy Cross is a smaller version of Georgetown-strong relationship between 2 schools. HC is SAT optional and easier to get into than Gtown but HC has good political science department and several Congressmen among its alumni.

why remove GWU?

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. Does anyone else have any safeties or matches?

can anybody else help?

American could be a match-safety. Vanderbilt sounds like a good idea. A safety with Merit Aid could be Drew University in Madison, NJ.

Based on the schools you mentioned, I would also look at Cornell and Northwestern as slight reaches.
