Can someone help me out here?? Please?

Ok, so I'm really worried about my chances into getting my dream schools. My top schools are MIT, Stanford, & UC Berkeley. My safety schools are either UT Austin or Texas A&M. Please chance me.. Preferably constructive criticism?

Becoming a Senior this school year. Ethnicity:Asian
Rank #2 or 3/815. I was 3rd but I think I moved up to 2nd. GPA: 3.89/4.0 unweighted.

ACT: 27... M:33, R:22, S:26, E: 26, 9 on my essay. That was my first test and I plan to retake. Aiming for a 33+

SAT: 1660... M:660, CR:450, W:550
SAT II: Math 2: 630, physics: 590
I definitely plan to retake. Those were my first tests and I really need help. Im trying to push my scores to 2100+ by the test in October. That's my last shot. I really need advice D:

Extracurriculars:
-Marching and Concert Band.
I was woodwind captain of marching band my junior year. I was 13th chair out of 51 in the region junior year. I have lots of medals and awards for this program.
-President of NHS
-Treasurer of Science NHS
-Member of Green is Love (a club at our school that does community service around the school and community)
-i know I don't have much, but ill be in more clubs and stuff during my senior year.

-Most classes I took were Pre-Ap or AP (all that were offered.
-9th Grade: Pre-Ap Geometry, Pre-AP English, Pre-Ap Biology, Pre-Ap World Geo, Spanish 1, Band, and Keyboarding and career connections (electives only offered in regular)
-the summer after, I took pre-ap chemistry.
-10th grade: AP Chemistry, AP world history, pre-ap Algebra 2, pre-ap english 2, spanish 2 reg (only one offered), band, engineering class (elective). I made a 2 on the World history AP test. I hate history.. And a 1 on my AP Chem test.. A lot happened and my teacher passed away half-way into the year. And we went through 2 more unqualified AP teachers. We all lost hope.
The summer after I took Pre-Ap trigonometry
-Junior Year: AP Calc AB, AP English lang, AP US History, PreAp Physics, Band(woodwind captain), Spanish 3 pre-ap, Health and speech(required classes).
I havent gotten my ap scores yet. And Im currently taking a college level Macro Econ class now.
Predicted Senior year: AP Calc BC, AP Gov't, AP Psychology, AP English lit, AP physics, Library aid(helps me finish homework), band, maybe AP Spanish Language.

I admit I'm not the best test taker, but I'm relying a lot on doing great on the interviews. Is there any hope for me? I have a friend who goes to MIT who says he wasn't a great test taker either and he got accepted. He made around a 1900 on his SAT.. I'm just really worried.. Please chance me

You’re not getting into Stanford or MIT.

Cal-Berkeley: I would imagine that you could get into some departments here, but not others. Their more demanding departments (Computer Science) would probably not accept you. If you want to study general studies, I’m sure they would make room for someone with a high GPA like yours, but I could be wrong.

Texas and A&M: I would imagine that you would have little problem getting into either school. My high school academic profile was similar to yours (I scored a little higher on the ACT), and I was accepted at a school that is ranked about the same as Texas in the USNWR rankings.

I would imagine you should raise those SAT or ACT if you can and try to get a few more EC, but just go for it. My friend got into MIT with 1900ish
