Can Someone Help Me?

Dear all,
It is just now that I am worried about my grades that I received in freshmen year. In the first semester, I ended up with a 3.62 (unweighted) and now in the second semester, thanks to my carelessness in my science final exam, I ended up (forgot) with either the same GPA or 3.67. Will these affect my chances into a great university? Maybe not Harvard level, but like University of Chicago, Berkeley, Columbia etc. Maybe I should not be here, as I am a sophomore, but I believe that this is where I can get the most help and feedback. Any information is valued. (Also, I live in Asia if anyone wants to know). I know its hard as my chances will be affected by my future years in high-school, but lets assume I keep it or increase it up to 3.9 or somewhere close to that (that is my goal for this year).

Also, after this year, the next school I will be attending will have the weighted system for GPAs. Like A+=4.3. Could someone take that into consideration?

U Chicago: Reach (aim for 32+/2150+ and write stellar essays for it to be reachable)
Columbia: Reach (it’s about as high of a reach as HYPS, 8% acceptance rate)
Berkeley: Aim for 32+/2150+ (can you pay full-freight at Berkeley?)
