Can someone please critique my "Why Brown?" essay

<p>IT SUCKS.
I really wanted to write why <em>I</em> like the open curriculum but with a limit of only 1000 characters, all I can make are broad, general statements. How can one be specific?
No Brown 2014 RD applicants, please. I do check. </p>

<p>And if you don’t want to critique my essay, could I see your “Why Brown?” essay to get an idea of what Brown expects? I’m fumbling in the dark here…</p>

<p>Regardless, you just have to make sure that your Why Brown shows how passionate about the school you are. It’s a difficult task to accomplish in less than 200 words, but that’s why Adcom added the character limit in the first place.</p>
