It is much more important to do work that one finds fulfilling rather than work that pays well. Although some would argue that work that pays well is fulfilling, they are clearly mistaken because they fail to acknowledge that it is the satisfaction that comes from work that is more important than income. Two examples from my personal experiences serve as compelling evidence of this fact

Volunteer work is an example of this idea. Last summer I had two jobs at once: a volunteer job, and a job with a set income. In my volunteer work at my local hospital I enjoyed my time transporting patients and talking to nurses. Regardless of the fact that I recieved no income for my work shifts (4 hours a day), I actually obtained satisfaction from helping the nurses with their paperwork and transporting patients out of the hospital. However, in my job at K-mart I recieved a decent pay of ten-dollars an hour, but nevertheless I spent my time there miserable to the point when I quit after three weeks. Although K-mart pays well for the average high school student, my heart was not into the work and therefore I decided to quit. Working at the cash register of K-mart felt like being locked in a room and forced to look at every item that people bought. What does theis show? Income does not have more importance than the satisfaction a person gets from doing a jop that he or she loves. It is better to follow your heart rather than let money corrupt it

Another example of this is seen through my friend Benito. Benito's parents always wanted him to become a doctor, and reluctantly Benito agreed and went to Harvard medical school. However, his dream was always to become a writer. In college he spent his four years miserably because he complied with his parents belief that being a doctor provides a stable income along with some prestige. When he graduated medical school and started out as an intern he could no longer take it. He told his parents that he did not want to be a doctor and that he would write for the rest of his life. Although he did it late, he followed his heart. Today he does not make a lot of money writing but most importantly he is happy.

Indeed, it is more important to find work fulfilling, rather than work that pays well. These experiences from my life portray this to be true

Well right off the bat, I don't think you should have picked 2 personal experience examples, let alone having them as your only examples. In your next essay, try using a historical or literary example. Don't use sentences such as "volunteer work is an example of this idea." Instead, mention maybe something like "Volunteer work is an example of an activity that brings satisfaction, even though it does not bring money."

(My analysis is based on the Rocket Review Essay writing section).

For the most part the rest is fine, but I don't see any SAT big SAT vocab words. I would give it an 8-9.
