<p>I disagree..remember, kingofqueens, MN and WI residents get to pay in-state tuition at each other’s state schools…WI-Madison is not an out-of-state school, really, for Minnesotans! Also it’s practically impossible to get into UT-Austin as a non-Texas resident. </p>
