<p>Case Western most certainly isn't the hardest to get into.</p>

<p>For an international, I think Georgia Tech is competitive, but it probably isn't the hardest.</p>

<p>I would say the easiest is either Washington or Wisconsin, and the hardest is either William & Mary or Michigan.</p>
