Can the following stats get someone a full ride to any (and I mean any) college:

Male around Buffalo, NY
SAT: 2300 (M:775 V:750 W:775)
SAT II's: 750, 725, 760
AP's: seven 5's
GPA: unweighted around mid 90s, weighted: 104.423
Class Rank: 4/300
Extra Curriculurs: ty, *ty, ***ty. Math Club (2yrs(captain in last)), Tennis team(3yrs), Radio (2yrs), Journalism(1yr), Anchor Club(2 yrs)
Research class taken in a state university nearby, and recieved A- in it, but got really crappy grade on the actual research project.

The only troubling stats are the extracurriculurs, they are terrible. But the academic achievement is pretty good. So what do you guys think?
