Can transfers take lower division courses?

<p>Can incoming transfer students take [non-required] lower division courses in their major if they want to, esp. since some weren't available at our CCC? </p>

<p>I was browsing through the course catalog and found some really interesting Lower Division classes that I wouldn't mind registering for if I was allowed to. They're not required for my major though, and so that's why I ask.</p>

<p>yes you can. Unless the class is restricted to just underclassmen or something. But in general you can.</p>

<p>yes you can. lots of people dont finish all the prereqs to their majors, which are essentially underdiv classes.</p>
