Does anyone have insight into whether college admissions folks care when a student took ACT/SAT tests? My child’s 9th grade (2017) ACT composite was 35 (36 Math, 35 Science, 35 English, 34 Reading), and her May SAT scores (2018) were 800 Math, 770 EBRW. Obviously, we don’t know where she’ll be applying to college, but think that these scores will be sufficient for many of the colleges she might like to attend. Do colleges care when the tests were taken, or do they just care about the scores? Is there a compelling argument to be made for having her take them again in a year (end of Junior year)? Or are these good enough and she can just be finished with ACT/SAT? (She will, of course, take PSAT, SAT II, and AP tests as required.) Thanks for your help!
You can submit those. I read one school said any HS score.
