omg hey i haven't seen you in such a long time?

lol yes. i came here a lot but never posted 'till now :)

hi.

you can't major in AEM as a CAS student, and will need to transfer into CALS.

actually i went to an info session at cals...i'm pretty sure they said:
if you major in two programs within cals...that is a "dual degree" and it is much more feasible to graduate within 4 years
however, you can get a major @ a different school and aem at cals...that is a "double major" and it makes in near to impossible to graduate in 4 years...granted, after u get into one of the cornell schools as a major you still have to apply to the other one later
i hope i remember that all correctly, i visited over a year ago
i hope that helps

you've reversed the terms, i believe. the first is a double major (2 within CALS) and the second is a dual degree (one from CALS and one from CAS)

jae, I don't think you can double major if you're in CAS, I think you need to be in CALS.

cals doesnt give u a lot of options.

most people do aem/communications or aem/information sciences

right, the dual degree takes longer because you have to fulfill the requirements (core) of each school

o0o0o0o0o000o0 icic..

thanks guys!!
