Can you guys please rank my universities?

Hi!!
I'm applying to nine schools in total and I hope you guys rank my universities.(not according to ranking associations like US News, but according to your standards!)
I haven't heard any decisions yet, but I believe it would be good to know which schools to be the most priority and to be the least priority beforehand.

Considerations (the order is just a random order):
1)my major is business related.
2)I'm a very outgoing and sociable person.
3)prefer big cities and large student population.
4)tuition fee.(in this case, does university A deserves this much of tuition fee?)

The following is what I ranked.

1)University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign ($28,570)

2)University of Washington ($28,058)

3)Penn State University ($28,746)
4)Purdue ($28,702)

5)Syracuse ($39,004)

6)Ohio State University ($25,445)

7)Uni of Minnesota:Twin Cities ($18,022)
8)Michigan State University ($31,148)
9)St. Lawrence ($44,400)

*UIUC and Uni of Washington are still indecisive... most people recommend me going UIUC so I put it as the most priority school for right now.
*not sure about Purdue, Syracuse, OSU... PSU as well.
*Uni of Minnesota has the cheapest tuition fee but I'm not sure about this school. Would MSU be better even if it is more expensive?
*St.Lawrence is definitely the least preferred school.

Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you guys asap!! :)

When you get in, and you have your financial aid packages so that you know which options do remain, you can worry about ranking them.

Do you know for certain that your family can pay for U MN, or do you need to keep looking for a place that is financially safe?

Because you prefer big cities, Washington & Minnesota should be near the top.
Outgoing & sociable, then St. Lawrence should be at or near the top.
For business related majors, check out the USNews rankings. A couple of years ago I read about a combined economics & foreign language major at the LAC.
Cost depends upon the financial aid package received, if any. This likely would put St. Lawrence on top.

My ranking according to the standards/requirements that you listed above is as follows:
1)University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign ($28,570)
2)University of Washington ($28,058)
3)Penn State University ($28,746)
4)Syracuse ($39,004)
5)Purdue ($28,702)
6)Ohio State University ($25,445)
7)Michigan State University ($31,148)
8)Uni of Minnesota:Twin Cities ($18,022)
9)St. Lawrence ($44,400)

In the end, however, you should choose the college that is best fit for you. Also, financial aid will play a huge factor.
