<p>Although your SAT scores are impressive, they aren’t consistent with your grades. A high SAT score but lower grades tells the colleges that you are smart enough to get A’s, but are too lazy to do so. The rigor of your classes may convince them to think otherwise, but those grades will hurt your chances a lot.</p>
