UW is my dream school, but its also a pretty far reach in my opinion. Do I have a shot?

-Instate
-3.45 GPA (I know this is going to hurt me bad, I pretty much didn't care about school until September of last year when I turned it around a got a 3.9 GPA for my junior year. This was the first time my GPA was even above a 3.3)
-1780 SAT (Also probably going to hurt me, Although I'm currently taking a course and scored a 1950 on my last practice exam, will be shooting for above a 1900 in November hopefully)
-SAT II: 800 US History 700 Word History (Will Take Chemistry and Lit in December)
-AP Test Scores: 5 in APUSH (I really would love to major in History its been one of my greatest passions ever sense I could remember)
-Senior Year: AP Literature, AP Chemistry, AP Economics, AP Gov, and also two art classes and a gym class to finish my high school's graduation requirements.
-EC's: President of my school's model UN, Vice President of the Debate Team (I'm ultimately interested in a career in law), I am also a member of a few other clubs, I volunteer at my local food bank once a week (Should total about 80 hours by the time I submit my application, I am also an Evergreen Boys State alumnus
-Job: My family owns a small business which I work at. I feel that playing an active role in my family's income has helped to shape into the person I am today.
-I'm in immigrant to the United States from a middle eastern country. I am trilingual (Arabic and English being two of these) My parents brought me over here when I was 4 for a better opportunity in education and ultimately life, sadly I didn't take advantage of this amazing opportunity in my first 2 years of high school whatsoever.

I know it's probably a long shot because UW is getting harder and harder to get into. What I have stated above is completely honest so could you please tell my chances of being admitted or even wait-listed at UW.

Thank you so much
