Can you raise your overall gpa by...?

<p>my overall gpa is low because i have a low gpa from a CSU (bad 1st year)
I have a 3.1 (and rising) at a CC right now
but overall gpa is still below 2.0 </p>

<p>Can I enroll in another CC to raise my overall gpa? Total of 3 colleges?
Does overall/cumulative gpa work that way?</p>
