<p>I applied to the UCs last year and got into every UC but UCB and UCLA...after a long complicated spring i ended up back at my CC again...i was wondering if its possible to reuse my personal statement from last year and just modify it, and make it slightly up to date. I mean not much has changed..and i really liked what i said... Would this work since you cant plagiarize yourself ?</p>

I doubt they have your essay in the databases from the last time you turned it in.</p>

<p>Why don’t you call the admissions offices of the schools? I doubt they’ll ask you for your name (since the answer the from the admissions office wouldn’t change on a per-person basis).</p>
