Can you tell me my chances at the College Prep Scholarship? Please & Thank you!

Hi, I'd appreciate any feedback given! What are my chances at the College Prep Scholarship & Quest for Excellence Scholarship?

I'm not sure how to do this, so I'll just list my stats:

I'm a junior. (I guess that's obvious since I'm applying to College Prep, but yeah.)
GPA (weighted 6): 6.47857
GPA (unweighted 4): 4.00
Rank: 3 out of 578
PSAT: 204 (Should I send my PSAT score? It doesn't require it right, so would it be okay not to send it?)
Income: less than $30,000 annually
SAT & ACT: haven't taken yet

AP: took AP World History (4), taking AP English III, AP Chemistry, & AP US History right now. (Sorry, I haven't taken too many! I was kind of scared to take AP classes because my teachers in middle school kept going on and on about how hard it would be in those classes, but when I took them, they weren't so bad.)

Dual Credit: (Classes in high school that count as college credit) Speech DC & Medical Terminology DC

Extracurriculars:
Band (3 years jr. high + 3 years high school + definitely going to do band in senior year) -Marching Band (percussion), Wind Ensemble (bassoon-1st Band), Indoor Percussion (sophomore year), 1st Divisions in all UIL Solos & Ensembles (bassoon), Region Band (bassoon-sophomore year & junior year)
Interact Club (sophomore & junior year)
National Honor Society (junior year)
HOSA (junior year)

Volunteer:
Animal Shelter >40 hours
Library 40 hours
Planning on volunteering at a hospital over the summer after junior year. (I'm really excited about this :D)

That's all I can think of right now.

For the teacher recommendations, I don't know if I can get good ones. I was painfully shy at the beginning of high school. It got better later on, especially when I took Speech DC in my sophomore year (took it to try & get rid of my shyness, it helped I'm much more talkative than freshman year). I'm not very close to any of my teachers though, so I don't know if I can get a good teacher recommendation. I'm really worried about this part. >.< I'm trying really hard to be more outgoing, but I don't really talk to my teachers, so they don't know much about me. What should I do about this?

Thanks for your time! I appreciate it!

Nobody can really tell you what your chances are but your stats are very promising so definitely apply. Do submit that PSAT score. As far as LOR don’t worry too much about it for CPS, it’s not a big factor. But it will be important later on for NCM if you apply for it and for college apps, so this is a good chance for you to work to get to know your teachers - or a couple teachers - better. When you ask for the LOR for CPS you can schedule a meeting to talk to the teacher you choose about what CPS is and why you’re applying. You can share as much as you feel comfortable with about your self and whatever challenges you may have had due to family situation, shyness, whatever is true for you…
This is also a good time to start to get to know your college counselor. if you plan to apply through Questbridge next year, you can prepare your college counselor now and start to let him/her get to know you so he/she can advocate for you and write a compelling detailed letter next year…

Good luck with CPS. It’s not super competitive, usually around 40% of applicants are accepted so give it your best shot! You don’t need to be apologetic about your profile, it’s very good – and the college application process is no time for humility or shyness, so you can also start working on representing yourself in the strongest light!
