<p>Could Canadian permanent resident apply for FA under EA?</p>

<p>Any international applicants can apply for financial aid. You can only apply for FEDERAL financial aid (I.E. the FAFSA) if you’re a US citizen or permanent resident.</p>

<p>That being said, the vast majority of financial aid is provided for by MIT itself. Not the government.</p>

<p>I’m not sure about this, but if you’re a US citizen but a PR of another country, you can still apply early.</p>
