So I took the Lit exam today.... and it was pretty bad (expecting somewhere between 670 and 710).

I'm applying to a bunch of ivies and williams college and this worries me alot.
My other two scores are 800 in Physics and 800 in Math IIC.

Harvard is the only school on my application list that requires three subject tests.
Should I cancel my score and give up on my Harvard application (not my #1 choice) or is having something like 690 alright? O.O Personally I think it'd do some damage to the rest of my applications which only require two subject tests, even if the school says they'll just look at the top two scores.

its not going to hurt you. it can only help you i believe. just wait to get your score, and then dont send it if its terrible.

Don’t cancel…schools like to see you take the intiative to take subject test. I WISH I could have gotten between a 690 and 710 on my past subject test. I’m applying to Harvard as well and my past subject test scores were 580 math 2 and 560 us history. And besides that will be wastig money. Just take the “bad” score and move on. And good luck with Harvard.

Alright.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the quick replies. :)

i’m just glad sat testing is over for me. really sucked being a senior and taking a subject test in january ><
