HI I want to cancel my Sir to UCR because I changed my mind and I want to go to UCSB now. I am not sure how to cancel my Sir to UCR, so I can Sir to UCSB. Also is there anything that will hurt me if I withdraw my Sir to UCR, like will it still let me Sir to UCSB. Please Help
