Cancelling Enrollment

I’m an incoming freshman for the fall semester at Binghamton who already registered for classes. I’m looking to go to a CUNY who still have spots instead and I’m wondering if it’s possible to cancel my enrollment at Bing. I understand that I would lose my deposit but is it possible to do it now? Or is it too late.
