I'm a junior with a 4.0 unweighted GPA, I'm interested in UH Manoa, Northeastern, Drexel, Creighton, TCU, and University of Pittsburgh. Which of these schools would have the best bio/premed program? and also which ones gives out generous financial aid?

I can only speak for Northeastern (my school). There is a strong bio program here, and the pre-med advising has made significant improvements since my freshman year (though I decided to drop pre-med this year in favor of research). Being in Boston and very close to the Longwood medical area, there are a lot of opportunities to get involved in hospital volunteering and shadowing doctors.
As for financial aid, there is information on the website: http://www.northeastern.edu/financialaid/grants-scholarships/index.html . For merit aid, they offer up to $20,000/yr for regular merit scholarships, $30,000+ for National Merit, and a competitive full tuition scholarship. In terms of need-based aid, your best bet is probably to try the net price calculator, which holds true for most any university you’re looking at.
