Cannot finish all of my major requirements prior to transfer to UC?

Hi everyone,
I have a dilemma. I am currently a student looking to transfer to a UC from Santa Monica College. I plan on transferring next fall. This is my second year of college and I have over 50 units. My top choice is UCLA, but I applied to all of the UCs. I TAGed to UCI. I am a California resident who is majoring in Biology. My GPA is 3.9.
The problem is that I will not be able to finish all of my biology classes in time because of COVID. This is because my community college has a 3 semester biology sequence. Most community colleges only have a 2 semester biology sequence. I was going to take the first semester of biology over the summer, but the pandemic made the class unavailable. I am currently taking the first semester of biology right now and plan on taking the second semester in the spring. However, I will not have any time to take the third semester of biology before transfer.
How would this affect my chances of getting into UCs? I don’t want to have to wait another year to take one semester of biology. I have already completed all of my other biology major requirements. Will the UCs be forgiving because of COVID?

Check the ASSIST.org pages for each campus to see if completion of all of the biology sequence is required for transfer.
