<p>What kind of degree? You mean BS in Neuroscience? I know some kids who ended up working in biotech as entry-level associate scientists or animal techs right after graduation. In our area typical starting pay for these positions is $25-45K plus benefits and may be stock options (depends on the size of the company). Graduate or business school is the way to go if you want any professional growth.</p>
