My envelope shows one message, but when I go in I have no unread messages. I got one last night (know because I have an email about it) from harsh2554, and I suspect the user has been suspended/deleted. I believe that person had just created a duplicate account before using it to send messages, so I’m guessing that’s why they’re in trouble now. Seems I just missed having the same problem happen to me, since I happened to open the message before the wrath of CC ToS came down. Good luck!

@intparent, there was probably something funky going on with your device that was causing all these weird technical glitches with your account. I’m glad these are fixed now. Thanks for reporting!
