I got a chance to update my application with my final grades for Fall 2010 as well as my planned classes for Spring 2011 before January 31st or whatever BUT now i'm dropping two classes on my Spring schedule and the application is no longer allowing anymore revisions. What should I do? Am I still all good?

I assumed the UC's would at least give transfer students a grace period to update their applications since people are still getting their adds/drops finalized. For the most part, the two classes I dropped were just whatever classes I didn't need and I'm fine without them but, will I get in trouble now or what?

Has anyone had any experience with this or know what I should do?

I was told by reps from both Berkeley and Davis that the application update will close after a period of time. After that, students need to register their changes through campus-specific procedures.

See here: [■■■■■■■■■■■■ - Community College Students: Application Process](http://■■■■■■■■■■■■/cc-app.htm#change-campus)

Also, yes you shouldn’t worry. :)

I updated mine again like 4 days ago because I dropped one of the spring classes. I called each campus (Berkeley, ucla, ucsd and uci) I applied and they just told me to go back to the transfer update and update again even thought the deadline has passed. So I did so… But ucsd told me that last day I can update is before march 1st… Maybe that’s why? Also I had to email ucla and they sent me a confirmation that they changed my info.

^ Was that an auto reply from UCLA? If so, I got the same since I emailed before calling Berk and Davis up.

Yes I think it was an auto email. Did you have to fax Berkeley? I haven’t yet… Do
I have to fax Berkeley even though I updated? And I got an email from uci counselor confirming that they changed my info… It wasn’t an auto confirmation.

Thanks for the info you guys, yeah you can no longer make any changes to your planned courses on the application now. I would miss it by like two hours -___- lol. So, now I have to individually email all the schools I applied to?

I’ll call a representative tomorrow morning to make sure but anyone know for sure? …and as for ucla, what info and email address did you guys put and send an email to?

^^ I was hoping to save the fax money, and that’s why I called Berkeley. NO you don’t need to fax if it was included in the update. Yay for saving a dollar.

^ Please see the link I posted originally. It has the contact details of each campus; no need to call up the schools. I’m sure.

^so even if I updated again after 1/31 I don’t need to fax Berkeley correct? Thank you so much by the way!

I have a quick question - has anyone been able to send their changes in through UC Davis/SD’s myApplication systems? I sent Davis, SD, Berk, and LA letters in the mail last week regarding some coursework changes but only LA and Berk had mailing addresses indicated that were specifically for changes…for the other two I found general school addresses because I didn’t know what to do.

I can’t figure out how to exactly contact them through the systems because, for example, when I click on “Contact Us” on UCD’s site, it just leads me to a link that says to contact them through myApplication…??? But there is nowhere to do that on the system’s site. I can’t send anything in through the “Messages” folder either. Can someone please help me out?
