Hey guys, I currently attend NJIT as junior, majoring in mechanical engineering.

I transferred from Rutgers newark because they only had 2 years of engineering program.

In a week, career fair will take place in NJIT and I need to start preparing my resume for the

fair.

The problem is that I literally do not have that much work experience nor any experience

relevant to engineering; I've done volunteering in englewood hospital for 2 years and received

some kind of certificate for growing plants from Tenafly, Bergen County, NJ when i was in

highschool.

And regarding my gpa; since I transferred to NJIT from Rutgers, (I have taken few classes in NJIT when I was attending rutgers), only the credits I have gained from rutgers transferred over to NJIT.

Meaning that the GPA points will not be included, greatly downgrading my GPA(only NJIT gpa will count).

I'm not really sure how to deal with this; should i just leave my gpa blank in the resume?

If the people from company in career fair ask about my gpa, should I just tell them my gpa is zero since I have transferred(which is normal for transfer students)?

thanks alot
