CAS vs. CALS vs. CHE

I'm looking into the possibility of a premed related major, available at CAS, CALS, and CHE. I'm currently leaning toward CHE, but if anyone has any insight into the differences of these colleges I would greatly appreciate additional information. I will be applying from out of state.

College of Human Ecology would be cheaper if you are a NY resident which you don't seem to be.

Otherwise, the three colleges offer different majors. Do you have an idea of what you plan on major in?

you don't have too major in anything science related to do premed. Choose the college that offers what you want.

can you join ILR if you want to do pre-med as long as you take the required courses?

<a href="http://www.career.cornell.edu/HealthCareers/default.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.career.cornell.edu/HealthCareers/default.html</a></p>

CALS and CHE have a tuition break for NY State residents. CAS is the traditional style education: "liberal arts" aka giving you a broad base of knowledge in addition to your specific major.

Gulliver you can do ILR and do pre-med as long as you take the required course work to apply to med school, but once in ILR it is VERY hard to switch into another school, it is a very dedicated and fast-paced school at Cornell.

Also, a similar question, I cannot decide between CHE and CALS, I am from New York. Both schools have majors that appeal to me but I am no valedictorian, which is more likely to get admitted to?
