Case vs Lehigh vs PSU

hi...

i would like to major in chemical engineering...

i spent last 35 days at PSU for Pennsylvania's Governors school in Information Technology..

Penn State was way too big and crowded for me.

i'm not saying that i absolutely don't want to go there, but i prefer smaller campus.

so i have 3 schools in my mind w/ 4.45 weighed GPA (3.72 unweighed), 1880 SATI (retaking, aiming for 2000~2100), 740 SAT2 CHEM + 780 SAT2 MATH2C, 5 on AP CHEM, many clubs including NHS, 250+ hours of comm. service, etc.

case (good financial aid and good engineering, but 57-ish % graduates in 4 years, and 90% comes back for sophomore year...)

lehigh (good engineering overall, but 32k tuition...)

psu (i live in pa so it's cheap, but a hardcore party school and i don't like the size....)

psu honors (banging education at banging price...)

i have time to visit case or lehigh...

which one should i visit???

can someone give me a general recommendations for a person like me?

I think case is your best bet between the 3
