All college figures are "worst case scenario" for after the second semester is over. They will probably be better than what I've listen but I'd like to see my odds assuming everything goes wrong.

I go to Case Western. I intend to transfer at the end of my freshman year. Schools I want to transfer to are Stanford, Cornell, Dartmouth, Penn, Brown, Duke, or Hopkins.
College GPA: 3.5, course overload by +1.
HS GPA: 2.5>, Class Rank 123/233. The bad grades keeping me down were Fr/So year. HS itself was ranked in the top 150 public schools by some organization or another.
SAT: 1910 (1350 old)
SAT2: 660, 630, 600 (Math1, Math2, American)
ECs: Academic Decathlon, Field Band, Math Team, Chess Team, Masterminds (think quiz bowl), Winterguard. Some student government stuff. Captain of all of that stuff save Masterminds. Plenty of awards in each. Some community service.
College ECs: Joined a fraternity (more community service), Track Team
Recs: Stellar, although likely different from your average "stellar" recommendation.
Notable Awards: State Champion in Academic Decathlon. Other stuff too, but they were only between other people in my school and for the caliber of school I am applying to I doubt they matter.
My prospective majors are Economics, Math, and Sociology, or some combination thereof, if that helps.

Retake on the SAT is pending and I would guess it is going to go way up.

It would be most helpful to give specific advice regarding things I can talk about or emphasize. It would also be helpful to tell me what kind of scores will be needed on the SAT to improve my chances significantly and for what school. Also, once again, the GPA for college will PROBABLY be a 4.0 - I'm just leaving the possibility open that I will somehow screw up two finals and finish with a 3.5. Unlikely but possible. I also don't mind a summary of what my chances are overall: obviously slim, but if you can be more specific (or even if you can't, I guess), tell me what you think.

Thanks in advance.
