I'm a third year who has for the most part worn Dr. Martens shoes for casual use for the past six years. I still love my Docs, but I'm getting sort of tired of the same look.

I find some Diesel shoes I really liked, and lo and behold, Diesel sucks at shoe sizes.

So... anyone have any suggestions for good dark brown/black casual shoes? I liked the Remy and Lani styles from Diesel. I also have seen some Lacoste shoes I would wear, but again, no size 14s.

So I'm looking for some comfortable casual shoes in a dark brown/black in a size 14. I'd like to stay under $100.00 as well, with 130-ish as the absolute maximum. I am also not a fan of Converses.

But they are not so much shoes as they are sandals. And I am female and don't know much about men's shoes. So I'm not really of any help. Just sharing.

I alternate between black converse, purple pumas and black ballet flats but none of those options would quite work for you. ;)

I don't know if you're familiar with zappos.com but you can sort through the shoes by style/color/size/price range/whatever...just to see what's out there, even, if you don't order from them.

Hey, neverborn, do not laugh but Pay Less has a lot of shoe selections for folks who have feet larger than most.

I am a chick with a size ten foot and I get all of my shoes there, because they are one of the few places which have an actual whole isle of shoes in my size.

They have a lot of selections for dudes. Two of my younger brothers wear your size and they go there to just for the selection.

I've decided that since I'll need to try on a lot, wait until I move back to Chicago in September. I really like a lot of Lacoste shoes, but most only go to 13.

I wear Reebok athletic shoes with my shorts since better shoes just don't look right. And I have an old pair of the exact same shoe that I wear to the gym.

Any time I wear long pants, it's Rockports. I have a pair of brown ones and I wear them with khakis and jeans. They're just as comfortable as an athletic shoe and easy to keep clean.

I like flip flops but can't wear them much due to some ankle problems. My right ankle is permantely damaged due to a prescription insole that was supposed to fix a very slight almost unnoticeable clubbing in that foot. So it's been screwed up since 1999 and I've refused surgery since I can still walk and run fine with the foot, it's just very painful sometimes and wearing flip flops kills it.

I wear Jordans and Nikes to events and stuff. I brought like 6 pairs to school. I have been wearing nike slides alot thought with socks and bball shorts to class though. That has been my outfit all week.
