<p>so i just finished taking a practice test in CB's Blue Book.. and i started to calculate my scores and all
can someone 1) please explain the whole range thingy to me. i keep getting a 620 in the low range for CR and a high range of something that i want. so which is right? i mean which number should i go with?</p>

<li>if you open the book to the writing scores you see two tables (table 3 and 4) the Writing Conversion table (one for essay another for MC) so whats the deal with that. i cannot figure how to calculate my TOTAL score for the Writing section (like out of 800)</li>

<li>Average the high and low number to find a middle score.</li>
<li>Find what you would give yourself on the essay and then look at the respective rows for your raw score. Their is a range in the box there.</li>
