<p>i wanted to point this out too. those who have been here for a long time remember when UCLA was near the very bottom of the CC post ranking. and UCLA was actually ahead of berkeley for a while when UCLA admissions decisions were out until berkeley released its own admissions decisions.</p>

<p>On Berkley's board, most of the threads are about academics. People are stressed out about getting into the best writing course, best chem course...and their major and stuff...</p>

<p>and then I come onto the UCLA board...and everyone here's like what's the best dorm? where's the best food? what cell phone plans are best?</p>

<p>LOL uh... hmm i guess that somewhat accurately reflects the difference between berkeley and UCLA. i do think berkeley kids study more while UCLA kids try to find a balance between academics and social life.</p>

<p>You get those threads at the Berkeley board. We like being social too. I mean, we're all the same age group, right?</p>
