CC student looking to transfer: 1.7 HS GPA, No SAT/ACT scores..

I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I'm new to this site. The title says it all. Basically, I'm going into my 4th and final semester (hopefully) at my local community college, which actually has strong connections to the college I want to transfer to.

I want to go to the University of Pittsburgh, main campus. But, well, my background isn't so great. Let me just lay it out simply:

HS GPA: 1.7
SATS/ACT: never took them

HOWEVER..
CC GPA: 3.3
The School of Arts and Sciences, the school of Pitt that I wish to transfer to, has a minimum GPA requirement of 2.5 for transfer students.

My transcript now at my community college is pretty much all A's and B's. I have one C, and one F, but I retook that class and got an A in it. I also have 2 W's but only because I realized I didn't need those classes for my major.

I plan on getting 3 letter of recommendations from my favorite professors at my community college. I joined only a few clubs, and was the treasurer of the Disney club if that means anything at all (LOL). I did some volunteer work but honestly, that's all I have going for me.

The only thing I have to show Pitt I can succeed is my CC transcript, and I just don't know if that's enough.

Does anyone think I'm a fool to even apply here?
