<p>Okay, well ive decided that I want to transfer to temple for the spring semester.</p>

<p>I am currently in my third semester of CC with a 3.2 overall gpa. How are my </p>

<p>chances of getting in? Is there Spring orientation for transfers like they have in </p>

<p>the fall? Am I going to have a hard time fitting in? Do I have enough time to </p>

<p>make the switch over? Their admissions deadline is Nov. 1st I would call but it </p>

<p>is Sunday so im just looking for some answers thank you for any replies</p>

<p>you won't have any problem getting accepted. their acceptance rate is over 70%.</p>

<p>i'm not sure about spring orientation, but you may have some trouble fitting in. most temple students are from the surrounding areas of the suburbs of pa and new jersey. also, temple is considered a commuter school. you'll just have to put yourself out there and be very enthusiastic on meeting new people.</p>

<p>Would Drexel be the better social choice for me? I have a good number of friends who go to nearby Penn also.</p>

<p>drexel is worse, in terms of social atmosphere.</p>

<p>their co-op program and quarter system is the worst thing for transfer students. i know of so many friends that transferred OUT of drexel.. haha.</p>

<p>Yea, I was in Drexel. Left, and lost most credits. Now in Community College Retaking classes, LMAO.</p>
