Hey guys thanks for taking the time to throw some advice out there for me.

I currently go to a Community College in NJ and was looking forward to transferring into either Kuztown Univerist, Rutgers, or Millersville. I had a terrible high school transcript with a GPA of 2.8 I also came from one of the best schools in NJ if that matters. On my HS transcript it shows that I repeated a grade which I did because I missed school due to parents divorce,. I would like to try and transfer into Either one of those schools above and my question is since I'll have 16 credits after the spring ( Gonna apply around the end of May ) what are my chances? KU, and MU don't require SATs scores if you have more than 12 credits and will base there decision solely on college course work, but if I have around a (3.0-3.3) above there average transfer GPA what are my chances? I know its a shot in the dark for Rutgers but aye what doesn't hurt only makes you stronger! I also do play sports which I would do there and I have tons of CS hours. Any recommendations? My major is Computer Information Systems

Here are my courses:

ENG1
COS103
CIS 102
SPE
BUS 107

More than likely a math class to add to this which would give me 19-20 credits *
