<p>i really want to go to Cal or UCLA but i'm OOS and below the freshmen average.</p>

<p>I'm thinking about going to a ccc then transfering but my parents want me to go to a 4-yr.</p>

<p>what's the best way to transfer?</p>

<p>Best way to transfer to Cal or UCLA is through a CCC. These schools accept a very very very small percentage of out of state students.</p>

<p>This year, only 84 out of 533 out of state applicants got into UCLA.
4,968 out of 10,967 CCC students got into UCLA.</p>
