i live in indiana. ucla is one of my dream schools but i slacked off a lot in high school. gpa is still around 3.5 and i’m in my junior year. I saw that they give cc students an advantage, so can i go to cc for 2 years and then transfer to ucla with a good gpa? if thats not a possibility, what about csu?
also if you are going to tell me about OOS tuition cost, would it be better if i establish residency in California one year before i go to cc and transfer? would they both consider me to be in-state given that i meet all requirements? I also have family there, will that change anything?
I also do not intend on (or even consider) staying in indiana after high school.
