CCPA BFA MT vs Muhlenberg BA theatre dance/music double minor?

My D is having a hard time with this decision (and if she gets off the WL at Wagner that will add a new wrinkle!). We realize a lot of it has to do with choosing btwn a traditional college experience (she fell in love with everything at Muhlenberg--theatre, campus, people, program, facilities) and an exciting BFA program in the great theatre city of Chicago which was her original first choice.

Just asking for some opinions about the differences in training, opportunities for her future, anything we maybe haven't thought of that might make a difference....

I don’t know much about CCPA, but my D graduated from Muhlenberg 3 years ago and I can answer any questions you have. With the perspective I have three years out, I know she made a great choice for herself in going to Muhlenberg.

D is now living and working in LA. She decided to pursue tv and film opportunities there.(We live in SoCal, so after graduation she wanted to return closer to home.) But she was recently cast in an MT review so she is still performing in MT, and taking voice lessons. She has done 5 student films in the past several weeks, unpaid-but plans to submit her footage to agents on a reel as soon as possible. She has been in LA for almost a year, and it took about that long to meet people, network and start getting cast regularly. When she was at Muhlenberg she majored in music, but took theater and dance classes. As a senior there she was cast as a lead in a main stage show, and did the summer MT shows 3 times as a member of the ensemble. She also sang in one of the 7+ accapella groups on campus. I shared all this just to give you some background.

Please let me know if you have questions, and I will try to help. I am sure they are both schools with great programs, and finding the correct fit for her is the most important thing.
