Cell Phone Company?

<p>Yes, fireflyscout, I have no complaints with Sprint's coverage. We've never had a problem with that. But their customer service has been hair-raising.It took me at least, I'd estimate, 14 hours on the phone to simply set up our accounts and get them right. I've heard that their new CEO is "making headway" with customer service, but he's got a looooong way to go, IMHO.</p>
