<p>where are you living? Verizon works everywhere for sure, Cingular does too, though they have some blackspots here and there. T-mobile is terrible!</p>
<p>i am in illinois thinking of switching to cingular and wasn't sure about the quality of service in the DC area. Any problems with cingular in dc currently have verizon but do not like thir phones but have good service</p>
<p>I've never heard many complaints with cingular, but Verizon is by far the best, you can get coverage even in the metro! It's the only one! Cingular is good too though, so, if you're planning on switching, it's OK, but maybe it's better fiancially if you and your aprents ahve the same one.</p>
<p>yep, i have Cingular and it has never failed me around Georgetown or in DC (except in the Metro, where Verizon has an exclusive deal).</p>
<p>Verizon is best since it works in the metro but Cingular is probably in a close second.</p>
