Central America or South America?

<p>So on the application, it asks if you're Hispanic or Latino. I put yes.</p>

<p>Then it asks "Which of the following BESTdescribes your background?"</p>

<p>My dad is from El Salvador (CA), and my mom is from Peru (SA).</p>

<p>So which one should I put? I am equally half and half.</p>

<p>If you are really worried, you can put “other” then it asks to specify. Specify that you are from El Salvador and Peru.</p>
