Chance a Canadian/Persian living in singapore! pleeasee!

Sex: Female
Ethnicity: Ethnically I'm Persian, but my nationality is Canadian, though I live in Singapore but was born in Tokyo...
SATIs: 2130 (M: 730 CR: 730 W:670)
SATIIs. 650 lit, I KNOW ITS SO BAD, i retook lit and did Math II in november so no idea about that
were just really not made for standardized testing here.

First language definitely English
Can speak Persian (teaching myself how to read/write)

Academics:
we dont have GPA's or AP classes or anything like that at my school, they dont rank classes either. Its a really reputable IB school, United world college if anybody knows it...
I took (I)GCSEs (UK system) in grades 9-10, and got 8 A*s and one A.

My subjects right now are:
Higher: Chemistry, History, English A1
Standards: Math, Spanish B, Business

My predicted right now is about 40 without bonus points (Highers: 677 respectively, and Standards: 767 respectively) I'm pretty sure I can get all three bonus points as well. So i'm looking at about 42-43? (out of 45 for those who dont know)

I want to major in international relations by the way.

ECs:
1) Vice-chair/Treasurer of 'Child Workers in Nepal' in my school for four years now, fundraising/awareness raising, great activity i really love doing it.
2) Senior Touch Rugby Girls team, i know you really dont have alot of touch rugby over there in the states but i play in international tournaments in bangkok (thailand) and kl (malaysia) against other international schools, where we usually come top. also we were invited to Brisbane Australia for a tournament this october which was a HUGE deal (200+ teams) some of the top touch in the world. was brillaint
3) Piano for over 8 years, 8th grade practical, 5th grade theory, and first concert certificate as well
4) yearbook team during grade 11, but for us our yearbook team is a bit like a business , as in the school doesnt fund it so i was on the Business Team, and had to call companies persuading them to buy ad space, then had to write contracts/proposals etcs.
5) 'Chao Yang' - a school for disabled children during grades 9-10 , worked with the kids weekly

and CAS if anyone knows it: 50 hours service, 50 action, and 50 creative - needed to get our diploma

I went to vietnam for a week to work with an orphanage and i brought that into my page 217 essay question for Penn... i havnt written others yet so i dont know if i can bring that in or not (dont worry - not in a cliched way at all - hopefully)

Ummmm i cant think of what else!? Ive done more but everything up above is what ive included in my common app.
i felt like theyd prefer if i showed commitment to a few ECs over the years rather than like a trillion listed right? I mean ive played tennis since i was liek 3 in various clubs in Singapore and stuff like other services. tell me if i should include more things!

I'm pretty sure my recs are really good and essays are solid i guess...
I did a summer course at Brown Unviversity on 'The US in World Politics' (IR related obviously) and i got a rec from my professor and sent that in too...

and im not applying with financial aid (which should help me right cuz tehy arent exactly 'need-blind' to international apps)

My schools areee:
UPenn (ED)
Georgetown
Stanford
Columbia
Brown
UC Berkeley

I dont need safeties in the US cuz i have Canada sooo yeah

any comments at all would be very appreciated
thanks!
